Have you ever wondered who first came to our Asia according to the Bible?

In today's blog let's discuss the 'Family Tree.

In the beginning, God created the universe. To praise and worship God and to rule after this universe, God created Man. 

Adam in God's own image, and from Adam, God created Eve.

The descendants of Adam and Eve are Cain and Hebel. 

Cain killed Hebel. 

After the death of Hebel, Adam became the father of Seth.

God has chosen Seth.

There are 10 generations from Adam to Noah, now let's see their lifespan.

1. Adam after living for 130 years he became the father of Seth, after that he lived for 800 years. His total lifespan was 930 years.

2. Seth became the father of Enosh105 years after that he lived for 807 years. He lived for a total of 912 years. 

3. Enosh became the father of Kenan at 90 years old and lived another 815 years. He lived for a total of 905 years. 

4. Kenan became the father of Mahalel at 70 years old and lived another 840 years. He lived for a total of 910 years. 

5.Mahalel became the father of Jared at age of 65 years and he lived another 830 years. His total lifespan was 895 years. 

6. Jared became the father of Enoch at 162 years, lived for another 800 years. His total years of living were 962 years. 

7. Enoch became the father of Methuselah at age of 65 years and lived another 300 years and lived for a total of 365 years and walked faithfully with God then he was no more because God took him away. 

8. Methuselah became the father of Lamech when he was 187 years old, after that he lived for 782 years. Totally he lived for 969 years. He lived for many years according to the Bible.

9. Lamech became the father of Noah at 182 years and lived for another 595 years. He lived 777 years in total.

10. Noah became the father of Shem, Ham, Japheth at age of 500 years. When he was 600 years old flood came on the earth. After that, he lived for 350 years. He totally lived for 950 years. 

Among Noah's sons, Shem was blessed.

Here we can observe how Noah was blessing his son, Shem.

In the above verse, we can observe the blessing of God the Father on Noah and his sons.

Let's see where Noah's sons were settled,

1. Shem descendants in Asian countries

2. Japheth descendants in European countries

3. Ham descendants in African countries

So we've learnt about the 10 generations from Adam to Noah.

Now let's learn about another 10 generations from Shem to Abraham.

1. Shem became the father of Arphaxad at age of 100 years after that he lived for 500 years. His total years of living were 600 years.

2. Arphaxad became the father of Shelah at age of 35 years and lived for another 403 years. His total living years were 438 years. 

3. Shelah became the father of Eber at age of 30 years and for 403 years more and his total living years were 433 years. 

4. Eber became the father of Peleg at age of 34 years, and he lived for another 430 years. He lived for a total of 464 years.

5. Peleg became the father of Reu at age of 30 years and he lived for another 209 years. He lived for 239 years in total.

6. Reu became the father of Serug at age of 32 years and lived for another 207 years. He lived for 239 years in total.

7. Serug became the father of Nahor at age of 30 years and lived for another 200 years. He totally lived for 230 years.

8. Nahor became the father of Terah at age of 29 years and lived for another 119 years. He totally lived for 148 years.

9. Terah became the father of Abraham, Nahor, Haran at age of 70 years. Terah lived a total of 205 years and died in Harran. 

10. Abraham is the Father of Faith and we already learnt about him.

So this is the family tree of  Adam descendants. 

In this, we can observe how God blessed His children who were obedient to Him.

And we are obedient and walk faithfully with God we will also receive the blessing of God!
